Our Story

The mission of the Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation is to empower the lives of young people from underserved communities by improving physical and emotional health through the sport of gymnastics.

About Us

  • Established in 1996
  • Located in Harlem & Detroit
  • Provides free and low-cost gymnastics classes for girls and boys ages 18 months through, and including, adults
  • Trains competitive rhythmic, artistic, tumbling & trampoline gymnastics teams
  • WHGF athletes have won National and International Championships
  • Employs 25 Gymnastics Instructors and Program Staff
